Summer Yoga

A guided, 60 minute practice with Joy Monzon detailing the foundations and essential elements of the path of yoga. With a focus on listening into and moving from the anatomical systems of the body (skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, endocrine), one can expect a welcoming environment that honors individual agency and intuition of one's body, mind, and spirit.

Each practice is accommodated and adaptable to the needs of each participant regardless of age, size, ability, race, gender, or economic status.

If you need ADA accommodation to use Library services or attend Library events and programs, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance at 816.701.3409 or ADA@kclibrary.org. (TTY access available via 711 or 866.520.7309 for Spanish.)
