Connect with health organizations from all over Kansas City that offer free health services, resources, and program referrals to support your well-being.

Example services may include:

Hygiene kits
Sexual health testing
Eye care screenings
Brain health check-ups
A1c and Blood Pressure Testing
Flu shots will also be offered free of charge through Heart to Heart International
